- Counsel students regarding educational programs and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Assist students throughout the admission process
- Maintain student records and follow up with prospective candidates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
