Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Medical Officer (SMO) to provide high-quality patient care, manage medical emergencies, and coordinate with consultants and clinical teams for effective patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in ICU, Emergency, and IPD.
- Handle medical emergencies and critical care patients efficiently.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient treatment and follow-up.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain proper treatment records.
- Perform clinical procedures as per hospital protocols.
- Ensure timely documentation, patient rounds, and case discussions.
- Guide junior doctors and nursing staff when required.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and attendants.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control, and NABH protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS/BAMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- Experience in ICU/Emergency/critical care preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and emergency handling skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage critical patients independently.
- Basic knowledge of ICU protocols and patient management.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hospital experience preferred.
Salary
- Best in industry (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
