Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are accurately captured. The Business Process Architect actively participates in quality management activities to verify that the designed processes meet established criteria. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of process requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within the SAP environment.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear process designs and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with process performance measurement and key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
