About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and generate business opportunities in the interior décor and art industry. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and retail customers to generate business opportunities.
- Promote and present the company's art and interior décor products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in interiors, furniture, décor, construction materials, building products, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Own vehicle preferred.
