- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from contract award and kick-off meetings through construction, commissioning, and final financial handover.
- Cost & Budget Control: Prepare project budgets, track expenditures against forecasts, manage cash flow, and ensure financial profitability.
- Schedule & Scope Tracking: Develop detailed work plans and milestone schedules using tracking tools like S-curves or EVM to prevent delays.
- Risk & Compliance Mitigation: Identify potential engineering or safety roadblocks, ensure regulatory compliance, and apply corrective measures.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main contact point for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
