Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Art & Craft Teacher to inspire students and develop their artistic abilities through engaging classroom activities. The teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting art and craft lessons, encouraging creativity, and fostering an appreciation for visual arts among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Art & Craft lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Teach various art forms including drawing, painting, sketching, paper craft, clay modeling, and other creative activities.
- Encourage students to express their creativity and imagination through art.
- Organize and prepare art materials, tools, and classroom resources.
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Display students' artwork on notice boards, exhibitions, and school events.
- Organize art competitions, exhibitions, and special creative programs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment in the art room.
- Collaborate with teachers and school management for cultural and academic activities.
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Art & Craft is preferred.
- B.Ed. qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment is preferred.

- Strong artistic and creative abilities.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Knowledge of various art techniques and craft activities.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Art & Craft Teacher in a school (preferred).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
