We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Lead and oversee SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and analytics.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Track website performance, user engagement, lead generation, and ROI across all digital channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and growth strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
