Level: Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders to define and implement strategic enterprise master data management initiatives
- Leading the design and development of enterprise-wide master data management applications and solution components
- Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, translating them into delivery plans, and managing risks across the project lifecycle
- Supporting client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions to align business needs with functional and technical design
- Contributing to practice development through pursuit support, proof-of-concepts, solution demonstrations, and team training initiatives

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or equivalent degree
- 6-10 years of experience leading master data management initiatives using enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), or business intelligence (BI) platforms
- Experience designing end-to-end master data and mapping solutions for ERP, EPM, and non-cloud interfaces
- Experience working with cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) platforms
- Experience configuring metadata management, imports and exports, custom validations, property logic derivations, and data governance processes
- Experience using Oracle Cloud EPM integration tools, EPM Automate, REST application programming interfaces (APIs), and migration utilities
- Experience conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting migrations from Data Relationship Management (DRM) to Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and from on-premises environments to cloud environments
Preferred:
- Experience optimizing business workflows and change management processes across finance transformation programs
- Experience designing mapping solutions for EPM, ERP, and custom applications
- Experience supporting metadata management processes in downstream systems, including ERP, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS)
