The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of quality talent across departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, Supply Chain Functions. The role focuses on sourcing candidates from relevant industries, coordinating interviews, and ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines

* Handle entire Talent Acquisition process
* Independently screen candidates and conduct interviews
* Engage with consultancies and onboard selected candidates
* Hands-on experience with hiring platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
* Manage job applicant database in MS Excel
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with top management
