Qualification :Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the corrugated
sheet or packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six
Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality auditing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and
make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring quality
control personnel.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-
paced environment.
