Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Web Developer with a strong inclination toward frontend development and UI quality, along with a solid understanding of backend fundamentals.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on website development projects and understands how to build structured, functional, and visually refined web applications from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and visually accurate web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Translate UI designs into pixel-perfect implementations
- Build and manage backend functionalities using Core PHP / Laravel
- Work on React basics for frontend interactivity (where required)
- Develop and integrate APIs for dynamic website functionality
- Handle database operations, structuring, and optimization
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and basic SEO
- Work on complete website development — from layout to deployment
- Maintain code quality, structure, and scalability
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Core PHP / Laravel
- Basic understanding of React.js
- Familiarity with database management (MySQL or similar)
- Understanding of API integration and development
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO basics
