Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who wants hands-on startup experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. You will work closely with the founding team and help us build a strong team of tech and business professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruiting and hiring interns and employees
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
Support employee onboarding process
Maintain HR records and candidate databases
Help in building employer branding initiatives
Assist in HR documentation and internal communication
Requirements
Currently pursuing or completed MBA (HR) / BBA / HR-related degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting and HR tools
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
