Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academy Category Manager to oversee academic coordination, student engagement, course scheduling, and overall category management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth academic operations, support students throughout their learning journey, and coordinate effectively with faculty and internal teams to maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate academic activities for assigned course categories.
- Monitor course schedules and ensure timely planning and execution of classes.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding class schedules, syllabus completion, and academic requirements.
- Maintain and update academic records, schedules, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations, academic, and support teams to ensure efficient course delivery.
- Assist in planning academic events, workshops, assessments, and other educational activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, education management, student support, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
