About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, client handling, and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or service sales
- Confidence in client presentations and closing deals
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and lead management
