Key Responsibilities
- Visit our site weekly to oversee kitchen operations and ensure the chef is utilizing high-quality, approved ingredients.
- Review and refine weekly menus to ensure an optimal balance of macronutrients (protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
- Establish and monitor standardized portion sizes to meet specific caloric and nutritional targets.
- Verify that sourcing aligns with health standards (e.g., reducing processed additives, monitoring sodium levels, and ensuring fresh produce usage).
- Work closely with the Chef to develop creative recipes that meet dietary restrictions without compromising on taste.
- Training the chef and creating the diet chart.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fresher or 1-2 years of professional experience in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, or corporate wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., RD, LDN, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to culinary staff in a collaborative, professional manner.
- Deep understanding of nutritional values and the ability to calculate balance for various dietary needs.
- Capability to commit to a consistent weekly on-site schedule.
