System Administrator (Fresher) & Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Mark Comprehensive LLP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic System Administrator (Fresher) to support the company's IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT systems, networking, troubleshooting, and basic graphic designing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and office network infrastructure.
- Configure user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Assist in software installation, updates, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
- Ensure proper data backup and basic system security practices.
- Assist in maintaining company websites, cloud applications, and business software where required.
- Design internal communication posters, announcements, event creatives, and basic marketing materials.
- Support departments with presentation design, image editing, and visual communication requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support different departments.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and system administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printer configuration.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Ability to create posters, social media creatives, banners, presentations, and company announcements.
- Basic photo and image editing skills.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
