Career Leaders is a leading career guidance and entrance exam preparation institute, helping students achieve success in competitive examinations such as CUET, CLAT, IPMAT, Hotel Management, and other career-oriented programs. We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Executives to expand our outreach and build strong educational partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Outreach & Workshop Coordination
- Visit schools across Delhi-NCR to establish relationships with Principals, Counselors, and School Management.
- Schedule career guidance seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students.
- Present Career Leaders' services and educational programs to school authorities.
- Maintain a database of schools and follow up regularly for future collaborations.
Coaching Institute Tie-Ups
- Identify and approach coaching centers for strategic partnerships.
- Develop referral partnerships with educational institutions and coaching centers.
- Negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial tie-up agreements.
- Generate student referrals through partner networks.
Business Development
- Promote Career Leaders' courses and counseling services.
- Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and student acquisition.
- Participate in educational events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school authorities, coaching centers, and referral partners.
- Ensure regular communication and follow-up with existing partners.
- Represent Career Leaders professionally in all external interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi-NCR.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Prior experience in field marketing, educational sales, business development, or admissions counseling will be preferred.
