Job Summary
Inexoft Technologies is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join its team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to build a career in customer relationship management and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Register and document client complaints, concerns, and service requests accurately.
- Assign reported issues and service requests to the appropriate technical team for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up regularly with the technical team and clients regarding the status of reported issues.
- Ensure customers are updated on the progress of their complaints and service requests.
- Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain and update customer records, complaint logs, and relevant documentation.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to support service improvements.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Care, Telecalling, Help Desk, or similar customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Kannur or nearby locations are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
