Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GST registration, GST return filing, and GST compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Manage Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and tax compliance.
- Handle TDS compliance and statutory filings.
- Assist with ROC compliances, MCA filings, and company incorporation.
- Perform accounting, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and resolve queries.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and compliance regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and Companies Act.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Busy.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of startup compliance and business registrations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments efficiently.
