Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our social media presence and create engaging content for our events.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
* Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
* Create and edit Reels, Stories, posts, promotional videos, and event highlights.
* Cover events by capturing crowd moments, performances, behind-the-scenes, interviews, and highlights.
* Research trending sounds, formats, memes, and social-media trends.
* Create engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
* Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
* Coordinate with influencers/creators when required.
* Create pre-event promotional content and post-event recap content.
* Track social-media performance, reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
* Suggest new ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and event enquiries.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Instagram and short-form content.
* Good video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.).
* Basic photography/videography skills.
* Creative thinking and good understanding of trends.
* Good communication and teamwork.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to attend events, including evenings/weekends when required.
Preferred
* Previous experience in events, entertainment, social media, or content creation.
* Strong portfolio of Reels/videos.
* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or professional editing software.
