Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with application design and development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within ServiceNow.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
