Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Participate in and represent the company at roadshows, conferences, and seminars
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Identify potential partnerships and develop strategic collaborations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Contribute to revenue generation and business expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles.
- Preferred Industry Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Automobile, Finance.
- Experience of dealing with HNI and UHNI clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
- Willingness to travel for events, seminars, and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach.
