Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience managing construction projects, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage architectural and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in an architectural or construction firm.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site execution.
- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
