Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting clients with property-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects
✔ Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
✔ Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
✔ Maintain and update customer databases
✔ Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication
✔ Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Basic knowledge of real estate sales/processes preferred
✔ Ability to handle customer queries professionally
✔ Comfortable with MS Excel/CRM tools
✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
