- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a metal fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints, welding symbols, and CAD drawings.
- Welding/Fab Expertise: Strong understanding of various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) and fabrication processes (cutting, forming, welding, layout).
- Certifications: Background or certifications in welding (AWS) or machining is highly desirable. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a major plus.
- Software: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/MRP systems for tracking production).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
