At iOTA, we’re looking for a sharp, strategic thinker who understands how freelance platforms actually work beyond copy-paste bidding.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying high-quality projects (no spam bidding)
- Writing custom proposals that get replies
- Communicating confidently with international clients
- Qualifying leads & aligning them with our services
- Turning freelance opportunities into long-term partnerships
We’re looking for someone who:
Understands Upwork & similar platforms deeply
Has strong written + verbal communication
Can think strategically, not just execute
Understands client psychology
Is consistent with follow-ups and closures
Has a basic understanding of marketing / creative services
Not for you if:
– You rely on copy-paste proposals
– You chase quantity over quality
– You don’t understand agency services
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience bidding for marketing / branding / tech services
- Have worked on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn leads
