Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of education-related projects and academic initiatives. The role involves coordinating with faculty, students, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of programs, compliance with institutional standards, and achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing education programs and academic projects.
- Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and external partners.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, seminars, and events.
- Maintain documentation, budgets, and compliance records.
- Track project KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support grant management and funding documentation (if applicable).
- Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Project Management Institute, or related field.
- Certification in project management (preferred).
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the education sector.
- Experience working with schools, universities, NGOs, or training institutes is an advantage.
