Role overview : The sales executive is responsible for executing sales activities in the assigned territory for the company’s in vitro diagnostics business. This is a field-based role focused on achieving sales targets through customer visits, distributor coordination, and effective product selling. This role involves technical selling, requiring understanding of diagnostic products, laboratory workflows, and their clinical application. The role requires disciplined daily execution and adherence to the defined reporting structure. Territory sales responsibility Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory. Drive consistent order generation and sales growth. Identify new business opportunities and on-board new customers. Expand presence in existing and new areas. Track sales performance and take corrective actions as required. Customer conversion and relationship management Identify and convert diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and healthcare customers.
