Job Role:
As an Area Scientific Lead – Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Oncology division by combining scientific understanding with strong commercial execution. You will play a key role in strategy planning, stakeholder engagement, and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
· Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets
· Support and guide the sales team to improve performance and productivity
· Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
· Ensure accurate sales forecasting and timely CRM updates
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product teams) to enhance customer experience
Work Location:
· On-site – Hyderabad (Territory will be assigned as per business requirements)
