Role: Customer Care Executive
At Vivika Fashions, we believe customer experience is just as important as the products we create. We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can build strong relationships with our customers, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across every touchpoint.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, order placement, and styling-related queries.
- Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, and payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, dispatch, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Proactively communicate updates regarding orders and customer requests.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve overall customer experience.
- Collect feedback/photos of products from customers and share with social media team to use it to build brand trust. (post obtaining customers’ permission)
- Represent the brand's voice and values in every customer interaction.
*Requirements*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or client relationship management in apparel industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
