Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Cloudsheer is expanding into Microsoft Dynamics consulting and implementation, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are looking for a hands-on consultant to help build this new practice from the ground up. You will work directly with clients to scope, configure, and deliver Business Central implementations, while also working across adjacent areas like Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. This is not a senior-architect-only role - we want someone with real hands-on experience across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem who is ready to grow into a lead consultant role as the practice scales.

What you will do

Participate in end-to-end Business Central implementations: discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care

Configure core BC modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and basic Manufacturing / Service where required

Translate client business processes into clear functional designs and documentation

Build workflow automations and lightweight custom apps using Power Automate and Power Apps

Support integrations between Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, and other client systems

Run client-facing training sessions, write user guides, and provide post-go-live support

Collaborate with AL developers on customizations and extensions when needed

Contribute to Cloudsheer's growing library of accelerators, templates, and reusable IP

What we are looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)

Working understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and / or Customer Service modules)

Familiarity with the Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps, and basic Dataverse concepts

Solid grasp of core business processes: finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory

Strong written and verbal communication - confident in client meetings and workshops

Ability to document clearly: functional specs, configuration guides, training material

Self-starter mindset - comfortable working in a small, fast-growing consulting team

Nice to have

Microsoft certifications: MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant), MB-910, or PL-200

Exposure to AL development or genuine willingness to pick it up

Experience with BC data migration tools (RapidStart, Configuration Packages)

Understanding of API / web service integrations between BC and third-party systems

Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail

Prior client-facing consulting experience at a partner firm
