Role Description
McFly World Communications is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, and troubleshooting or debugging complex software issues. Additional responsibilities include utilizing frameworks to build responsive user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side logic, and optimizing performance across platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including experience with technologies like Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development with a clear understanding of both front-end and back-end technology stacks.
- Experience with common frameworks and libraries for web and app development is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and education is advantageous.
