We specialize in overseas healthcare recruitment for GCC countries and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, documentation, Dataflow processing, and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end healthcare recruitment for GCC countries
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals
- Manage Dataflow and related documentation processes
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Lead, guide, and manage the recruitment team effectively
- Work independently and achieve recruitment targets efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in overseas healthcare recruitment
- Strong knowledge of GCC healthcare hiring procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure professionally
- Strong team management and decision-making skills
