Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive – Manufacturing

Job Summary
Rocklight is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive who will be responsible for inspecting products at our manufacturing factories and ensuring that production quality meets company standards. The candidate will visit different factories, conduct random quality audits, monitor production lines, and submit regular reports to the HR Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different manufacturing factories as per the assigned schedule.
- Inspect finished goods before dispatch to ensure they meet Rocklight's quality standards.
- Perform random quality audits of finished products.
- Check production lines to ensure workers are following the correct manufacturing and quality processes.
- Identify defects, quality issues, or process deviations and report them immediately.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to company specifications and approved samples.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs (if required).
- Submit a weekly QC report to the HR Department for review.
- Maintain proper records of factory visits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Follow up on previously reported quality issues until they are resolved.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Inspection processes.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify manufacturing defects.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Willingness to travel regularly to different manufacturing factories.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Factory Inspection will be preferred.
- Freshers with good technical understanding may also apply.
Experience
- 1–4 Years (Manufacturing / QC / Factory Audit preferred)
