Designation- BA Supervisor
Roles & Reponsibilities:
· BA appointment & REPLACEMENT 100 BA
· Tester distribution all Pan India month wise.
· Uniform Distribution and take back from BA who are not in system,
· Stock out reports Every Monday article-wise, Article wise Google sheet by ASM and compile, every Tuesday, by mail.
· Grooming all BA
· Weekly Products Training every Thursday Pan India and mail it is done
· BA TGT vs ACH and focus sku google sheet, Review on Every Wednesday mail and discuss.
· Make a list of Best South 2/West 3/North 1/East 2 Award with Certificates.
· Store visit Market do min 3 Stores for Training and motivation Office working 1 day only Monday rest of all Market working and data.
· Pet pooja Attendance tracking in and out with Mail cc to HR. All Approvals need to have Remarks every week, using NSM ID.
· West Ahmadabad /Pune Visit Once in a month plan.
· Check in BA group daily and Sales reports, and need to compile for Pan India Daily sales, All Zone will on group, then you can compile for India.
· Daily Activity plan for Sales drive like Women Wednesday bazaar at reliance and Sampling plans
· Check all offers are running or not share mail to ASM/NSM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wadala Truck Terminal, Mumbai, Maharashtra
