Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving profitable digital growth across paid channels while owning revenue, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution and has scaled revenue meaningfully in high-growth environments. Prior experience in EdTech, consumer internet, or subscription businesses will be a strong differentiator.
Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
- Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:.
- Deliver 2540% YoY digital revenue growth with positive contribution margin.
- Maintain a blended ROAS of 3.5x or higher (category dependent) while managing monthly budgets exceeding 50 lakh+.
- Keep CAC within approved benchmarks across channels.
- Improve website / landing page conversion rates by 1525%.
- Ensure campaigns and channels remain contribution-margin positive.
- Build and publish accurate weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Scale budgets responsibly without ROAS or CM dilution.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Acquisition.
- Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, UAC, Programmatic (as relevant)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns aligned with revenue and CM goals.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, and funnel efficiency continuously.
- Lead creative testing roadmaps in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Digital Growth & Funnel Ownership.
- Own the end-to-end funnel: traffic leads conversion revenue.
- Work closely with CRO, product, content, and tech to improve CVR.
- Run structured multivariate experiments, and landing page optimization.
- Identify drop-offs across funnel and plug leaks using data-backed insights.
- Budget & Contribution Margin Discipline.
- Own budget planning and pacing across channels.
- Monitor contribution margin by campaign, channel, geography, and SKU.
- Pause or reshape loss-making campaigns proactively.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards and cohort views.
- Convert data into clear, actionable insights.
- Forecast growth and spends with 10% accuracy.
- Set up and validate conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
Key Competencies Required
- Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Funnel-first thinking and solid understanding of CRO.
- Hands-on experience with attribution, pixels, and tracking tools.
- Proven budget ownership with profitability mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- High ownership, bias for action, and accountability.
Bonus / Good-to-Have
- Experience in Jewellery Industry.
- Experience managing large monthly ad spends.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
