Job Title: HR Executive – Factory
Location: Nathupur, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Factory HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory HR, manpower management, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage factory manpower recruitment and onboarding
- Handle attendance, payroll inputs, overtime, and leave records
- Ensure PF, ESI, and labour law compliance
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Handle worker coordination, grievances, and employee relations
- Support daily HR operations and compliance activities
Requirements:
- MBA / Post Graduate in Human Resources (HR)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Factory / Manufacturing HR
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and HR processes
- Strong communication and worker handling skills
