Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of total IT experience, including at least 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing production-grade architectures, not just developing applications based on predefined specifications.
- Strong experience with Python 3.14.7.
- Strong backend development experience with FastAPI.
- Strong production experience with Angular 22.
- Strong database design and optimization skills using PostgreSQL or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous task processing frameworks such as Celery, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, Docker, and containerization.
- Deep understanding of application and cloud security best practices.
- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed application architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own architecture, development, deployment, and production optimization.
AI-First Engineering
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
- Cursor
- Claude
- GitHub Copilot
- Similar AI coding and engineering tools
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools as a core part of the daily software development workflow.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Informatica MDM or similar Master Data Management platforms.
- Experience building enterprise-grade platforms for large professional services or enterprise clients.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, including:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Google Gemini
- Experience with data verification, enrichment, entity resolution, or record disambiguation platforms.
- Experience designing highly scalable real-time or asynchronous processing systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong architectural capabilities who can independently take a platform from POC to production.
You should be comfortable making technology decisions, designing scalable systems, writing production-quality code, setting up cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, implementing security, troubleshooting performance issues, and communicating architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
