Experience :
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services and generate leads or sales
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries professionally
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Record call details and feedback accurately
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
