Are you a confident communicator with a passion for finance? We're looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our growing Loans team in Chandigarh!
Key Responsibilities
▸ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
▸ Handle inbound queries and guide customers on loan options, eligibility, and processes
▸ Clearly communicate loan terms, EMIs, interest rates, and documentation requirements
▸ Maintain daily call records and follow up on leads
▸ Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful applications
▸ Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Requirements
▸ Freshers are welcome to apply
▸ Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation in any stream
▸ Basic knowledge of banking & loan terminology (EMI, CIBIL score, KYC, interest rate, loan tenure, etc.)
▸ Good communication skills in Hindi and English
▸ Basic computer and phone handling skills
Salary Competitive + Incentives
Job Details Working Days: Monday to Saturday
