Job Overview
Modulation Digital Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Educational Counsellor with knowledge of IT courses and training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding career opportunities in IT, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and other professional courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding IT training programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with potential students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the training team for smooth enrollment and onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Educational Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or Admission Counsellor.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
