We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain call records and update databases.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
