1. Project Documentation & Data Management (Data Center )
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including contracts, BOQs, drawings, approvals, correspondence, and reports.
Ensure proper document version control, filing, and traceability (soft and hard copies).
Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for timely submission and approval of documents.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
2. Costing & Budget Tracking
Track project-wise costing, budgets, and actual expenses.
Maintain cost sheets, purchase orders, vendor bills, and payment status.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoice verification and cost reconciliation.
Support project manager in cost control and variance analysis.
3. Site Coordination & Visits
Conduct regular site visits to collect progress updates, measurements, and site data.
Coordinate between site teams, vendors, and HO for smooth information flow.
Maintain site progress reports, photographs, and daily/weekly activity logs.
4. Legal, Contractual & Statutory Compliance
Maintain all statutory and legal documents related to projects (agreements, work orders, insurance, licenses, permits, compliance records, etc.).
Coordinate with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure statutory requirements are met.
Track validity and renewals of contracts, insurances, and approvals.
5. Coordination & Communication
Act as a single point of coordination between project team, procurement, finance, legal, and site teams.
Schedule and document project meetings, MOMs, and action trackers.
Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management (Diploma holders with strong experience may apply).
3–7 years of experience in project coordination, documentation, or project controls.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (trackers & reports are mandatory).
Exposure to cost tracking, BOQs, POs, billing, and basic project finance.
Experience in site coordination and EPC project environments preferred.
Good understanding of contracts, compliance, and statutory documentation.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
