Our premium senior living community in Mysore is looking for a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care, comfort, and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Community Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring seamless hospitality, housekeeping, and front-desk operations.
- Resident Welfare: Build strong, empathetic relationships with residents and their families, addressing their needs, feedback, and grievances promptly.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the on-site staff (housekeeping, security, and maintenance) to maintain high service standards.
- Event & Engagement Planning: Organize recreational activities, cultural events, and wellness programs to keep the community vibrant and engaged.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Coordinate with vendors for smooth asset maintenance, food & beverage services, and utility management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and hygiene protocols, maintaining a secure environment for elderly residents.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Hospitality Management, Residential Property Management, Senior Care, or a related service industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine passion for working with senior citizens.
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is highly preferred to communicate effectively with residents and local staff.
