Greenest Builders is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate holds an ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on site experience. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, managing the labor workforce, and ensuring all work is executed in accordance with construction drawings and blueprints. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with the Project Manager and contractors, and keeping accurate site reports and material records. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, effective team leadership skills, and the ability to communicate well in Malayalam and/or English.
