Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and supervise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of architectural drawings, site coordination, AutoCAD, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
Visit project sites and monitor construction progress
Ensure construction work matches approved drawings
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project reports
Handle revisions and client requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
Required Skills
AutoCAD proficiency
Knowledge of architectural planning and execution
Site supervision and coordination
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction materials and finishing work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture
Minimum 1–5 years of experience preferred

AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit (optional)
MS Excel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
