Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives
Drive team targets and ensure revenue achievement
Monitor performance and provide coaching & guidance
Support team members in closing deals and handling clients
Conduct site visits and high-value client meetings
Implement effective sales strategies and improve conversions
Ensure proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (Mandatory)
Proven experience in handling and managing teams
Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
