Role:- Network Support Engineer(Compute Engineer)
Experience:- 2 to 10 Years
Responsibilities:- Provide Remote Support to MC Users, Reseller/VAR, Diagnose and solve the Incidents/Issues via phone and emails for network, Hardware and Server related Issues.
Shift Timing:- Rotational Shifts (24/7)
Preferred immediate joiners (or 30 to 45 Days NP)
Work Location: Bangalore, Electronic City, Phase 1
Skills:- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Global support)
Mode of Interview: Virtual Interview on MS Teams(1st Round Communication, 2nd Technical)
Qualification:- Any Graduates(10+2+3 or 4)(No Dilpoma)
Salary Details.
CTC:- Upto 12 LPA +Shift Allowances + 2 Way free cab facility

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills,
- Excellent experience in network and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of server and storage platforms.
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Troubleshoot network and hardware-related issues for global users.
- Provide technical support for servers and storage devices.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain routers and switches.
- Support and manage Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Diagnose system, connectivity, and performance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and health checks.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
