Position Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at FarmRobo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, including farmers, dealers, and franchisees. Your role is essential in ensuring an exceptional post-sales experience, fostering long-term relationships, resolving customer concerns, and improving overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to align FarmRobo's mission with customer needs and deliver seamless solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and franchisees.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and visits post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and collect valuable feedback.
- Develop customer loyalty through personalized support, education, and exceptional service.
- Support & Communication:
- Keep the customer database up to date with interaction history and feedback.
- Educate customers on FarmRobo’s products, services, usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide support for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of agri machinery (if applicable).
- Assist sales and service teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience for customers.
- Organize and participate in customer training, demo days, and feedback sessions.
- Feedback & Improvement:
- Gather structured feedback on product performance and customer experience.
- Analyze trends in customer complaints and share insights with relevant teams for improvement.
- Recommend process improvements based on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & CRM Tools:
- Regularly update CRM systems and dashboards with accurate customer data and interaction notes.
- Track and report customer satisfaction metrics, loyalty indicators (repeat purchases, referrals), and key insights.
- Provide reports on customer feedback, including actionable insights for internal teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy and the ability to build rapport, especially with Rural/Agri Customers.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Additional language skills are preferred.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve issues effectively and independently.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Agri-Machinery/Products to guide customers with usage and troubleshoot common issues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions, keeping detailed records and prioritizing tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Service, And Marketing Teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer experience.
- CRM Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Service Software, CRM Systems, Or Excel-Based Tracking.
Educational Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in Agriculture, Business, or a Related field.
- Additional certifications in customer service or CRM tools are advantageous.
Work Experience:
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in Agri-Machinery, Agri-Inputs, or Rural Sectors.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
