Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated professionals to join our Finance & Accounting team as Associates/Senior Associates in Accounts Receivable (AR) or General Ledger (GL). The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and be willing to work in a night-shift environment supporting global operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)
- Process and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform cash application and account reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Prepare AR aging reports and support collections activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and within deadlines.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and management schedules as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AR or GL accounting functions.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Infopark-Kochi, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
